10 Years of Impact & Leadership
A DECADE OF PURPOSE
The Rise of OneWe Reach
“For innovation to be truly successful, it must be accessible to every population the innovation targets.”
Dr. Charlotte Jones-BurtonFounder & President, OneWe Reach
In the high-stakes life sciences industry, ten years is often measured by the life cycle of a single drug. But for OneWe Reach — the organization formerly known as Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP) — the last decade has been measured by a fundamental shift in how the industry thinks, leads, and delivers for patients.
Founded in 2015 by Dr. Charlotte Jones-Burton and eight pioneering members, the organization was born from a realization that for innovation to be truly successful, it must be accessible to every population it targets. Since its inaugural conference in 2017, the organization has matured from a focused networking group into a globally recognized platform, helping the industry bridge the gap between innovation and patient access.
OneWe Reach is poised for strategic expansion as it celebrates its 10th anniversary — moving from a critical community to an inclusive, global platform for all high-potential talent.
